We were able to go to Logan for the holiday and had a great Thanksgiving at my house with my family. The only problem is we didn't get to see Brooks' family as much as we would've liked to. My kids are already asking to go back:) I had planned to get up early and go shopping or stay up late to go, but I was so tired I couldn't keep my eyes open. I got up around 8 and went shopping and got most everything I wanted so I'm glad I did fight crowds:) I also got to go to lunch with some friends in Logan and had such a fun time. We had planned to stay in Logan longer, but Brooks had so much to do we decided to head home early. I'm actually glad we did because we got to set up our Christmas tree. The kids had so much fun setting it up and putting out all of our Christmas decorations. Things have been out since saturday night and we have only had one thing break so far:) and I'm sure we will have much more break...oh well. Today is Brooks birthday and I can't even believe we are as old as we are. I feel like the years are just flying by and before I know it I'll be one of those people who are saying our kids were that young yesterday or our kids grew up so fast but I'm already saying it seriously time needs to slow down! I'm excited for Brooks' birthday and I love him so much. He has been so busy lately he forgot last night that today was even his birthday:) I'm thankful for him working so hard and always going without so the kids and I can have the things we need. He is a very generous person and I always want to be more like him. I'm thankful for his testimony of the gospel and his love of the Savior. Anyways, I just love him very much. We are trying to come up with some new/more Christmas traditions to do with our little family this year because I want my kids to remember the true meaning of Christmas. Hopefully I find some soon because Christmas is coming FAST! I didn't even take pictures on Thanksgiving luckily my mom did, but here are a few from our weekend:)

Life
I decided to start up my blog again from being on a blogger break for a bit... mostly for my own documentation of my kids and all the crazy and funny things that seem to happen. Life has taken many different turns and never seems to be what I expect. We are now going to school at BYU getting an MBA. I thought after going to 3 years of law school we would so be done with the school scene, but here we are again and I'm actually loving it:). I often laugh and tell Brooks that I think I should have a few degrees myself by now with how much school we are doing:) Really though we are loving school and I have decided I really like being in school. Of course there are down sides no money, busy, stressful, etc... but I feel like this is where we are supposed to be and what we are supposed to be doing. Brooks is loving school and feels like this is a good fit for him so that makes me happy and excited for him. I am excited to see where we go next, but for the moment am enjoying life even if at times it is a bit crazier than I feel I can handle. We added Brooklyn to the family and she is so precious I love her so much and can't imagine life without her :-) She is 8 weeks old and has gotten so big already. Life has been crazy to say the least with 4 kids! I have never felt overwhelmed with the amount of children I have...until now:) There are so many kids to remember to do things for, it's crazy. Some days by 11;30 at night when I finally get everyone to bed and get my house somewhat put together again I wonder if we got anything accomplished that day or if I did anything right:) I have been very grateful and happy in life these days and am trying to lose myself in serving my family. Anyways, I am not going to even attempt to go back and try to catch up I am just going to do my best to keep track of what is currently happening in life...so here are a few pictures of our life-
It was crazy hair day:)
Brooklyn just turned 2 months:( She weighed 11 lbs. and was 23.5 inches long. She started smiling and really acts like she knows who we are. She doesn't have much hair. She looks a lot like Halle in my opinion. She has a big mouth and a small tongue. She likes to suck her fists. She has been a really good sleeper and only wakes up once a night now. We blessed her on Nov. 4. Brooks did an awesome job as usual. I love hearing him give our kids blessings because they are always so sweet. Here are a few pictures from her blessing. We love her so much:)
I know I look like something is wrong with me, but it's not just a bad picture:) Oh well it's all I got!

Munchkins...
I know I need to post pictures of my other children, but I can't resist:) I think she is so freakin cute and I can't get enough of her chubby face! Her yawns are my favorite thing in the whole world. My other kids smother her with their love ha ha Halle is always right in her face in fact she starts to fuss when she hears them coming probably because she knows they are going to attack her ha, but I'm sure she will appreciate it soon enough! My mom got her that cute hat and of course I was trying it on her the second we got it. Halle is in preschool and loving it. She is learning so much and doesn't seem to mind being away from me. She asks if she can go everyday. Will is doing good in first grade and soccer. Here is a picture of him and some of the ladies on his team next to their team flag.

Will lost his first tooth this last week and it was so fun to have the tooth fairy come visit he was thrilled since most of his class last year had lost a tooth and he was said he hadn't.

recent pictures...
such a sweetie at 6 weeks sucking that thumb:)
Will started first grade and it went wonderful. He is loving it, but comes very tired everyday:) Halle also started preschool. She has been begging to take preschool for a few years so she was so excited for that day to come. I was trying to just walk her in and she kept telling me to leave ha ha...i have very different children one that at first didn't want me to leave and one that can't wait to be rid of me:) Hanna is growing like crazy, but is still such a great baby.
